OFFICIAL RULES

These Official Rules govern promotions operated by Hold My Bag Club LLC (“Sponsor”), regardless of the website or platform through which they are accessed. By participating in any promotion described herein, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL REWARDS. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING A REWARD. Free methods of participation are available as described below. Free participants are treated the same as participants who access the promotion through paid platform features.

ELIGIBILITY

Promotions are open to legal residents of jurisdictions where such promotions are permitted by law who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate family or household, are not eligible to participate.

Participation is void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not meet eligibility requirements or who violates these Official Rules.

Only one participation per person per promotion unless otherwise specified.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

From time to time, Sponsor may offer promotional opportunities in connection with specific events or time-limited activity windows made available through the Hold My Bag platform.

Participants may engage with platform features during an applicable promotion window. Results and eligibility for rewards, if any, are determined based on predefined criteria established by Sponsor and applied uniformly to all participants.

Promotions are offered for entertainment and engagement purposes only.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Participation Through Platform Access

Participants may participate by accessing the applicable promotion through the Hold My Bag platform during the designated promotion period. Participation requires creating an account and engaging with platform features as made available for that promotion.

Availability of participation through platform access may be limited by time, capacity, or other constraints determined by Sponsor.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

Participants may also participate without accessing paid platform features by submitting a free entry as follows:

To enter without purchase, send an email to support@holdmybagdg.com with the subject line “Free Entry – [Name of Promotion]”. The email must include:

  • Full legal name

  • Email address associated with a Hold My Bag account (or an email address to be used to create one)

  • State of residence

  • The name of the applicable promotion

  • Main Event Picks:

    • Tier 1: Name of Player

    • Tier 2: Name of Player

    • Tier 3: Name of Player

    • Tier 4: Name of Player

    • Tier 5: Name of Player

Entries must be received no later than the deadline specified for the applicable promotion. Limit one (1) free entry per person per promotion unless otherwise stated.

Free entries will be included in the applicable promotion on the same basis as entries obtained through platform access, subject to verification.

DETERMINATION OF RESULTS

Results are determined based on criteria established by Sponsor prior to the promotion period. Such criteria may be displayed within the platform interface or otherwise communicated to participants.

All determinations are made by Sponsor or its designated systems and are final. In the event of ties, Sponsor will apply a predefined tie-resolution method or, if none is specified, a reasonable method determined by Sponsor.

REWARDS

Promotions may offer rewards of varying types and values, which will be described in connection with the applicable promotion. Rewards are not transferable, substitutable, or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if a listed reward becomes unavailable.

Participants may be required to complete verification procedures before receiving any reward. Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture.

VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility, and participation of any participant. Sponsor may disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the participation process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding verification, eligibility, and disqualification are final.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any reward, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any promotion if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

GOVERNING LAW

All promotions are governed by the laws of the state in which Hold My Bag Club LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
